A three-bedroom wind-sports house on the Shuraabad lagoon — polished concrete, oak, a gear wall, outdoor showers, a roof deck, a sauna. Not conventional luxury. The sea is in the breakfast window. Kitesurf season is roughly May–October; Elvin runs a private session when the wind allows and says so when it does not.

Gear room is serious. Elvin put me on a beginner line in the lagoon and did not oversell. Sauna after. Roof at sunset. Not a spa villa and we did not want one.
