Yes. Always included, always free for the host. You do not pay a separate cover fee. The guest’s 15% programme fee already funds the managed stay, including this protection.
On every Absolute Stays listing in Azerbaijan. Coverage limits are shown in USD. Claims that we approve are paid out locally in AZN.
Damage protection reimburses you if a guest damages your home or belongings and does not pay. It is a programme guarantee from Absolute, not an insurance policy you hold. Liability insurance is insurance: it protects you if you are found legally responsible because a guest is hurt, or their belongings are damaged or stolen, during an Absolute Stays stay.
AbsoluteCover is not a substitute for your own home, landlord or motor insurance. Talk to your insurer about how the two sit together. Motor insurance required by law is not satisfied by AbsoluteCover.
Normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, natural disasters, cash and securities, consumables, mould and pollution, and damage from bookings made outside Absolute Stays are not covered. File with photos or video. We do not accept AI-generated or AI-enhanced evidence.
Ask the guest to pay first. If they do not, document the damage and file with Absolute within 14 days of checkout or before the next guest arrives, whichever is first. Once evidence is complete, review typically takes several business days. Approved amounts are paid in AZN.
Yes. Every home booking includes AbsoluteCover for guests: rebooking or a refund if the host cancels, if you cannot reach the host, or if the listing is seriously different from what was advertised.
