Absolute Creators Terms
These terms apply to creators accepted into Absolute Creators. They sit alongside the general Absolute Azerbaijan terms. If we accept your request, you receive a unique URL in the form abaz.az/username. Percentages below are of commissionable revenue as defined in your acceptance notice and the booking ledger, not automatically of gross booking value.

1. Acceptance
We review every request. No unique URL or dashboard is issued until we accept you in writing (email is enough). The programme is selective. We may refuse a request without giving a public reason. Creators introduce new hosts who are not already listed; they are one channel, not the whole marketplace.
2. Unique URL and username
After acceptance you receive a unique URL in the form abaz.az/username. The same username is your ID at checkout. Guest-acquisition is attributed to you if the guest books on that URL or enters the username (with or without a leading slash) at checkout. Property-origin is a separate approved record and is not created merely because a code was used. Launch fee and origin royalty apply only to new hosts who are not already listed at the time you introduce them. A host who has already applied or whose stay is already live cannot later be claimed for those origin rewards. You may still earn sales commission when a guest books with your URL or username. You must not buy misleading traffic, spam hosts, bid on Absolute brand terms, or present yourself as Absolute staff.
3. Creator Launch Fee — 500 AZN
The 500 AZN amount is a Creator Launch Fee for accepted launch work on a new host you introduce who is not already listed, not an unconditional sign-up bonus. It becomes payable only after (a) the listing is live; (b) Absolute has accepted the agreed introduction, stay/visit, media and publication deliverables; and (c) the first qualifying external guest has completed a paid stay, unless Absolute approves another trigger in writing. Travel and stay costs are not included unless an assignment says so. Absolute may refuse or claw back payment for fraud, duplicates, self-referral, failed verification or undelivered work.
4. Video and social post
Launch content is an operating asset. The video must be usable by Absolute Stays on the listing, organic channels, email and marketplace marketing. Paid advertising, whitelisting and likeness rights need a separate written grant. You keep your own rights to post it. Absolute may crop, subtitle and republish accepted media.
5. Origin royalty — up to 5%
Origin royalty applies only to a new host you introduced who was not already listed. It is calculated on reservations where your unique URL or username is used, while your creator ID remains valid and the host is still hosting on Absolute Stays. Other reservations on that listing — without your unique ID — do not earn royalty. The rate may vest with performance (from 1% after the first qualifying completed stay toward a maximum of 5% of commissionable revenue). Royalty is not paid on cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or incomplete stays. If the listing is unpublished or the host leaves, future royalty stops as set in your acceptance notice.
6. Sales commission — up to 20% and 15%
Sales commission applies when you bring the reservation — the guest books on your unique URL or enters your username at checkout. On a listing you originated: up to 20% of commissionable revenue, and origin royalty may also apply on the same booking when your unique ID is used. On any other Absolute Stays listing: up to 15% sales commission. Reservations without your unique ID do not earn sales commission. Your acceptance notice lists how we attribute bookings and the amounts due to you. Sales commission does not automatically apply to transfers, experiences or other add-ons.
7. Guest first-stay offer — 10%
Every new guest who books on your unique URL or enters your username at checkout may receive 10% off accommodation on a first stay. The offer is already applied at checkout when your ID is present. It is a first-stay benefit, not a permanent discount on every later booking. It does not apply to cleaning, service, extras or transport.
8. Dashboard and payouts
Originated properties, attributed bookings, launch-fee status, and earnings are listed as pending, approved, payable and paid. Amounts stay pending until a qualifying stay is completed and payment/refund risk has cleared. Payout timing follows the schedule you request, subject to a minimum we confirm when we accept you.
9. Commissionable revenue
Percentages apply to commissionable revenue as defined in your acceptance notice and the booking ledger — not automatically to gross booking value. That ledger separates host payout, Absolute gross platform revenue, discounts, payment costs, creator commission, origin royalty and contribution margin. Chargebacks, host cancellations and full refunds reverse a credit. Existing bookings keep the commercial version that applied when they were made.
10. Independent partner
You are not an employee of Absolute Azerbaijan LLC and you do not operate the property. The host delivers the stay. You pay your own taxes on amounts we pay you. You must not bind Absolute to a host or a guest.
11. Changes
We may update these terms with notice by email. Continued use of your URL or username after the notice period is acceptance. The Absolute Stays Terms of Service at /stays/terms/ and Privacy Policy at /stays/privacy/ also apply.
