A two-bedroom house in Anykh, Qusar — high enough that Shahdag is a short drive in winter and the meadows start at the door in summer. Wood stove, thick walls, a kitchen you can cook in. Javid lives in the village; he will fetch you from Qusar if the road is iced.

We know this road. The house is exactly where it should be — meadow in front, Shahdag behind. Clean, quiet, parking by the door. Good for a family who wants the mountain without the resort.
Honest mountain house. Kitchen is simple but enough. The bathroom is one for everyone — say that clearly, we were four. The view from the balcony is worth the drive from Quba.
