A two-bedroom red-brick house in Ganja with an inner courtyard under a grapevine. The brick is the local kind — this town still builds with it. Fidan’s family kept the house; the kitchen was rebuilt, the yard was not staged. You are in the city: shops, the bazaar, a walk. Hacıkənd and Göygöl are a short drive if you want the mountains the next day.
Two bedrooms, living-kitchen, one bath, courtyard with a table. Sleeps five with a sofa. Parking is in the lane, not a car park.

The yard is the stay — vine, brick, tea. Bedroom is quiet after the street. Fidan’s piti was heavy and correct. We walked to the bazaar in the morning.
Stopped in Ganja before Hacıkənd. Two bedrooms worked for us with a child. Kitchen is real. Parking in the lane if you arrive before eight.
Not a hotel and not trying to be. Stairs are steep. The brick holds the heat. Fidan answered about the Imamzadeh road in a few minutes.

This is my grandmother’s house. We rebuilt the kitchen and left the brick. I live two streets over. If you want piti the way Ganja still cooks it, say so the day before — I do not run a restaurant, I cook for the table in the yard.
