A four-bedroom house on the Toğanalı approach to Goygol National Park. Stone below, timber above, a terrace toward Kapaz. The lakes are inside the park: you walk the shore, you do not boat. If the Maralgöl path is open that morning, you continue. Picnic in the trees, then fire at the house.

We walked Goygol at eight, picnic under beech, house by four. No boat, and we did not miss one. The master balcony faces Kapaz. Nurlan had the gate timing right.
Four bedrooms, two of them open to the garden. Kids slept. The picnic was cheese, bread, tea in glass — not a tour lunch. Park tickets you pay at the gate.
The road from Toğanalı is the road. House is quiet and the forest is ordinary Caucasian forest, which is what we wanted. Maralgöl was closed that morning; Nurlan said so at breakfast.
