A three-bedroom timber house on the river in Toğana, the village before Göygöl National Park. Covered veranda, stove, a kitchen. You hear the water. Samir lives here; the lake is his ordinary drive, not a tour he invented.

River under the veranda. Children slept. Samir had us at the lake by ten. House is simple and clean, not a villa.
You hear water at night. Fireplace is real. The park is close enough that you do not live in a car. Samir said Maralgöl depends on the day — he was right, we turned back once.
Three bedrooms. Kitchen is enough. Mosquitoes by the river in June — bring spray. Worth it for the gate being that close.
Toğana sits on the river before the national park. The house is timber, a covered veranda, three bedrooms. I drive guests to Göygöl and, if the road is open, on toward Maralgöl. You pay the park at the gate.
