Hosting basics
A private room, an entire home, a guesthouse or a camp — if you can welcome guests honestly, you can apply. We review every request.
You operate the stay. Absolute runs the listing, checkout, guest verification, AbsoluteCover and payouts. You keep the nightly rate you set.
Tell us what you have. We review, visit, photograph, and launch together. Eligible launch support is assigned after approval.
Photography is included. If something required for Absolute Stays is missing, we may provide a starter package so you are not funding every item yourself.
As often as you like. You control availability in the host dashboard. There is no minimum number of nights.
You must have the legal right to offer the stay. Building rules, a lease, municipal requirements and your own taxes are your responsibility. If you rent, tell us the building — we help you check before you list.
Getting started is free. Guests pay a 15% programme fee on top of your nightly rate after they have stayed. Absolute collects and remits applicable taxes where required.
Protection
Every stay includes guest verification, up to $3M USD damage protection, $1M USD liability, and a 24-hour safety line. Always included, always free for the host.
Apartments
If your lease allows short stays, you can host an apartment you rent. Tell us the building — we help you check before you list.
No. Absolute does not own or operate the buildings. We list stays whose hosts and buildings allow short stays.
