Absolute Stays is building a curated hospitality distribution network around independent stays. Its internal team acquires and operates the core marketplace while a selective creator program adds a second engine for supply discovery, authentic content and attributable guest demand.

Problem
Independent stays can be exceptional but fragmented. Hosts often lack direct distribution, booking technology, content and consistent demand. Traditional OTAs distribute inventory without giving trusted creators a durable reason to keep discovering new supply.

Insight
Established travel creators already discover properties, create persuasive media and influence where audiences travel. Their economics are usually a one-off sponsorship. Absolute turns that work into a structured, attributable commercial channel.

Why creators matter Creators are not the business model; they are a performance channel inside it. Approved partners can earn for discovering qualified supply and earn again when they directly generate demand. Supply attribution and guest attribution are separate ledgers.
Moat The moat is the operating graph: hosts + creators + property content + guest history + attribution + payouts + booking workflows. Replicating a listing page is easy; replicating the accumulated relationships and marketplace data is not.

Unit economics
Guests pay a programme fee on the stay. Hosts keep the nightly floor they set. Creator rewards sit on Absolute’s commissionable revenue — not on the host payout.
The same split hosts already see
Absolute does not take a host commission from the agreed nightly minimum. Guests pay the stay subtotal plus a 15% programme fee on that subtotal. After a completed stay, the host receives the floor (plus listed cleaning and extras) in AZN.

Start from the published host fee model, then layer creator attribution. Figures use Absolute’s live programme rates — the 15% guest fee, creator commission and origin royalty. Absolute Azerbaijan LLC is not soliciting investment on this page.
Origin and demand: same creator. Own-listing sales commission and origin royalty are separate lines. First-stay discount may apply.
Stay subtotal is what the guest pays for nights + cleaning + extras before the 15% programme fee. Host payout is the agreed floor — the fee is added for the guest, not taken from the host. Creator lines are % of Absolute’s commissionable revenue on the booking.

How the economics are governed
Creator rewards stay pending until a qualifying stay is completed. Property-origin and guest-origin are independent records. Financial rules are versioned so a booking keeps the terms that applied when it was made. The ledger runs a contribution-margin waterfall before stacking discount, royalty and commission.
