Deliver a stay guests remember
Creating a 5-star stay
The stay is the afternoon they arrive, the first night they cook, and the morning they leave. Furniture is secondary if those three fail.

Set the stay they can survive
Five stars start before the car turns off. The listing must say what they will see, hear and walk: a shared yard in a Sheki mahalla, well water in a dry Lankaran week, a steep path, a heater that needs a match, a desk that is not the dinner table in a dark room. Honest quirks belong on the page. Invented luxury does not.
Update the page when the house changes — new sofa, closed pool from October, winter months you no longer open. Creating the stay is not a styling project. It is the contract they already paid in AZN.
The house they booked
Beds made. Bathroom without the last guest’s bottles. A kitchen that can cook a simple meal — hob, a way to wash a plate, a pot that is not decorative. A path they can walk after dark. If water is from a well, say so in the room, not only in a caption they skipped. If the washing machine is shared with your family, say so.
Walk the stay the afternoon before they arrive. Heat in January, shade and water in July, a working lamp for a Novruz night arrival when the village is full of cousins. You owe the photographs. You do not owe a welcome dinner.
Arrival and leaving without a speech
Be findable. A pin, a landmark, a code or a person at the time you wrote. Same evening if they are on the road after dark. Checkout should be a lock and a place for the key — not a list of chores that takes an hour. If the cleaner does the rest, say that so they are not guessing whether to strip the beds.
Leave a note with wifi, rubbish, your number and Absolute’s line. In a real emergency they call 112 in Azerbaijan first — not the inbox. A torch, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher they can see are part of the stay, not extras you mention after a scare.
You, without hovering
Reply the same day. A three-word answer that opens the gate beats a long silence. Ask once after night one if heat and water are as listed. Then leave them the house. A lived-in shelf of books is fine. Your passport on the table is not. AbsoluteCover is not a reason to leave documents out.
If something breaks, say when you will be there. If the stay is materially not the listing, that is an AbsoluteCover conversation — message us the same hour, not a voice note that argues with the guest.
Reviews after the three moments
When those three moments worked, a five is ordinary. When one failed, a low score that describes it will stay. Thank them in public, name what you fixed, refresh the listing. Do not pay anyone off-platform to rewrite the week.
Write your guest review about the house they left. Creating a five-star stay is repeating the same afternoon, night and morning until they are boring — in the good way. Getting more fives and offering a five-star stay sit next to this page if you want the review and the promise in more detail.
What you can skip
Tours, late-night taxis, and a spare mattress for cousins who were not on the reservation are not required to “create” a stay. Extra people are a message to Absolute. Kindness that breaks the posted rules is a future complaint, not hospitality.
Do the listing. Do the turnover. Be reachable. That is the stay.

Prepare your home for guests
Guests book what they see. The house must be ready the afternoon before they arrive — not after they knock. Check-in is 15:00 unless the listing says otherwise.

A listing ages when the garden grew or the sofa changed. Update the page in the same week — not after the first complaint.
