You operate the stay. Absolute is the digital sales layer: listing pages on abaz.az, marketing, checkout, reservations, notifications and payouts. Direct registration is the natural route if you have already found us. You do not need to search for an influencer first.

Some stays reach us through Absolute Creators. That is a separate programme. Once your Direct Host application is in Absolute’s pipeline, a later introduction does not change how you joined. How creators are paid sits in the Absolute Creators terms — not in your host payout.

How joining works

Apply with the property and how to reach you. Absolute reviews fit, location, quality and whether the stay is already in our CRM. If we accept you, we verify details, agree commercial and payout terms, and come to the house.

We build the listing together: photographs we shoot, content, amenities, house rules, the nightly floor in AZN, and availability. Eligible Direct Host launch benefits are assigned. The listing goes live. Remaining growth value typically unlocks after the first qualifying completed guest stay. Reservation volume is not guaranteed — it depends on demand, pricing, quality and season.

What you receive, what the guest pays

You set a minimum nightly floor in AZN. That is what you receive after a completed stay. The guest pays the stay subtotal plus a 15% programme fee. The 15% is not taken from your floor. Smart pricing may raise the guest price on busy weeks. We never go below your floor.

AbsoluteCover is on the listing from the first live night — always included, free for you: SIMA for guests in Azerbaijan, biometric verification for others, $3M damage and $1M liability, experiences liability in the same cover. Approved claims pay in AZN. Payouts follow a completed stay, not a booking click.

What Absolute does — and what you do

Absolute merchandises the listing, markets it, collects payment, runs online check-in before the door, notifies you and settles payouts after a completed stay. You keep the house: cleanliness, accuracy, the calendar, the welcome, and the booked table or ride if you offer one. Creators do not manage your property.

Check-in is 15:00 and checkout is 11:00 unless the listing says otherwise. Keep messages on the Absolute inbox. A guest who cannot get in, or a house that does not match the photographs, is an AbsoluteCover file — write us the same day.

Guests you already know

Friends and repeat guests should still book through Absolute when the stay is listed. That keeps AbsoluteCover, payouts and the reservation record in one place. A side cash night on a live date is how you lose both the transfer and the cover.

Someone may still send a guest to a live Direct Host listing. They do not become the origin of the property. They do not set your floor or your house rules. Their pay, if any, is in the Absolute Creators terms.

After you go live

Walk the stay as photographed. Close nights you cannot host. Answer the inbox the same day. Eligible launch support — up to AZN 500 in growth value, not automatic cash — is spent on the listing, not added to your payout. Strong calendars and completed stays may open more promotional help; those rules sit in your host terms.
