What an experience is here

It is something you already do in the house or on a road you already know: a table you cook, a craft you teach, a drive to Tufandag, Göygöl or the palace in Sheki. It is not a tour company you hired last week and put on the listing. Guests book a person, not a brochure.

If you do not cook for strangers, do not list a feast. If you do not drive that pass in January, do not list the lake in winter. A stay without an experience is still a stay. An invented one is a file.

What actually books

Food you actually cook — breakfast in the orchard, a fish table near Lankaran, plov you make for family. A workshop you already run — copper, silk, honey, clay. A road you know in rain and ice, not only in July photographs.

Write how long it lasts, how many people, who it is for (children, a steep walk, no alcohol), and what the guest pays extra at the gate, in AZN. The nightly floor is the stay. The table or the ride is a separate line they agree before they come.

Put it on the listing and in the inbox

Absolute writes the experience onto the stay with you on the visit, the same way we write rooms. Photographs should show the table or the yard as they will sit, not a restaurant in town. Keep the same words in the Absolute inbox when you confirm the hour.

Cover on the experience

Experiences liability insurance is part of AbsoluteCover for hosts — always included, free for you, funded on the guest’s programme fee, not taken from your nightly floor. Guest identity still applies: SIMA for guests in Azerbaijan, biometric verification for others. You see who is coming before you set the table.

AbsoluteCover is not a substitute for a driving licence, a boat you are not allowed to take, or a mountain road you should not attempt after dark. If anyone is in danger, call 112 first in Azerbaijan, then tell Absolute on the reservation.

If you must cancel

If you cancel an experience after it is booked — illness, a closed road, no fish that morning — tell Absolute the same day on the stay thread. Do not leave a guest dressed for a 09:00 drive with no message. We would rather move the hour or refund that line than invent a substitute host they never met.

A cancelled table is not automatically a cancelled stay. The nights can still stand if the house is ready at 15:00. Say which is which on the thread so checkout and payout stay clear.

Keep it as small as the house

One honest table for the people who booked beats a “village festival” you cannot run. One ride you already take beats three lakes you have not driven this year. Update the page when the season changes — no orchard breakfast in January, no Göygöl promise when the pass is closed.
