Extras at the stay
A transfer from the bus, a breakfast table, a cleaner mid-week. Guests add them at checkout. You only offer what you will actually run.

What an extra is
Absolute does not run a separate services marketplace. There is no aisle of visiting chefs, spa hours or lock installers attached to someone else’s listing. An extra sits on your stay: a paid pickup, a host table, extra beds, a mid-stay clean.
The guest pays Absolute for the extra with the reservation. You receive the rate you agreed for that extra after the stay. The extra is part of the stay subtotal. The guest programme fee — 15% of nights + cleaning + extras — is added for the guest. It is not taken from your extra rate.
What belongs on the listing
Write the extra in the language of the house. A transfer is a car you will drive, or a driver you already pay, from a named stop — the Gabala bus, the Lankaran station — not “we will see”. A table is food you will put out at a stated hour. A mid-stay clean is a person who will enter on a stated day.
- Pickup or drop-off you can actually do on those dates.
- A host table or extra beds that exist in the rooms.
- A mid-stay clean with a day that does not collide with your own family using the house.
Close what you cannot run
If you cannot drive on Friday, close that extra for Friday. A no-show you caused is a review and an AbsoluteCover conversation. Do not leave the extra on “so the listing looks full” and then cancel in the thread.
Price the extra as work, not as a second nightly rate. Guests see it at checkout next to nights and cleaning. A transfer that costs more than a night will be skipped; that is fine. An extra you cannot deliver is not.
How it shows on the booking
The reservation lists nights, cleaning if you charged it, extras they ticked, then the 15% programme fee on that subtotal. Your payout line for the extra is the amount you agreed, in AZN, after the stay. Smart pricing may raise the guest night. It does not invent extras they did not tick and it does not cut your extra to fund the fee.
AbsoluteCover stays on the reservation and is free for you, including when an extra is attached — it does not turn the extra into a third-party service with a different cover story.
Experiences next door
A walk, a palace ticket, a lake day that is not at the house is an experience. Book it on its own page. Do not hide a cash boat trip in a chat after checkout. Off-platform cash for the same visit can cancel the file and remove cover.
If a guest asks for something you do not list — a cake, a second car, a midnight airport run — say no on the thread or add it as an extra before they pay. Do not take cash at the gate.
When you need a line added
New extras go through Absolute so checkout can charge them. Write through the contact form; the public address is info@abaz.az. Do not invent a price in a private message and call it an extra after they have paid.

Prepare your home for guests
Guests book what they see. The house must be ready the afternoon before they arrive — not after they knock. Check-in is 15:00 unless the listing says otherwise.
