How to get started on Absolute Stays
A few short steps — not a long form you publish alone. We review, visit, photograph and launch together.

Tell us what you have
Where you are, what guests can sleep in, and any experience you can share — a table at home, a workshop hour, a nearby cable car you already drive. A short request is enough to start. No creator is required. Creators introduce stays separately.
We review fit, location, quality and whether the stay is already in our CRM. Eligible launch support is assigned after approval, not for merely submitting the form. Write a working way to reach you. If something Absolute Stays would need to bring so the house can meet the standard, say it now.

We visit, photograph, and get you ready
Our team comes to the stay, lives it, and takes the photographs. Professional photography is included. You do not pay a photographer to join Absolute Stays, and you do not upload a phone album and wait.
Together we finish the rooms, amenities, house rules, your minimum nightly rate, and the calendar. If something required for the standard is missing, we may provide a package so you are not funding every item yourself. Tell us early — not the morning of the shoot.
Finish the listing together
The listing is the contract guests book against. Wifi, heating, parking, a shared bathroom, a steep path from the road — write it once, plainly. Check-in is 15:00 and checkout is 11:00 unless you and Absolute set other hours on the page.
You do not publish a listing alone. Absolute opens it when the photographs, the copy and the calendar are ready. There is no Instant Book toggle and no Superhost path. Honesty is the standard guests book against — and the standard AbsoluteCover can stand behind.
Your price and your payout
You set a minimum nightly price — the nightly floor — in AZN. That is what you receive. Guests pay that stay as a subtotal (guest nightly price × nights, plus cleaning and extras) and then a 15% programme fee on that subtotal. The fee is not taken from your floor.
Absolute collects payment and pays you in AZN after a completed stay — not merely a booking click. AbsoluteCover is on the listing from the first live night. Always included, always free for the host.
Get the house ready
Stock toilet paper, soap, one towel and pillow per guest, clean linen on every bed they were shown. Leave a way in you have already tried, and a short note for wifi and the door. Put jewellery, passports and cash in a locked cupboard or take them with you.
If stays turn around the same day, close a night on the calendar rather than rushing a dirty house. Checkout at 11:00 and check-in at 15:00 is four hours, not a full laundry day. Keep a second set of linen if you host back-to-back.
Go live
The listing opens on abaz.az. Remaining Direct Host growth value typically unlocks after the first qualifying completed guest stay. You keep the calendar honest. You welcome the guest. The dashboard keeps the stay visible.
Questions go through the contact form. We reply from info@abaz.az. If the legal right to host is unclear — lease, building, municipal rules, taxes — talk to us before the visit. Absolute is not a law firm. We would rather wait than open a stay that cannot legally host.

Prepare your home for guests
Guests book what they see. The house must be ready the afternoon before they arrive — not after they knock. Check-in is 15:00 unless the listing says otherwise.

Control when and how you host
As often as you like. There is no minimum number of nights. You open the calendar; you close it. Closed nights stay closed.
