Gift cards
An Absolute Stays gift card is spent on a stay or an experience. It does not expire. It is not cash at the door.
What a card is
An Absolute Stays gift card is credit for a homestay, a beach stay or an experience on abaz.az. It is sent by email. It does not expire. It is not cash at the door and it is not a hotel voucher from another brand.
You choose an amount in AZN, a design and a note. We email how to pay and when the code will be sent. The person who receives it spends it on the stay they actually want — a courtyard, a Caspian dacha, a host table.
Buying and sending
The gift page is the form. We do not take a mailto as the order. After we confirm payment, the code goes to the recipient email you wrote — or to you, if you will hand it over.
You get a note when it is received. If the email is wrong, write through the contact form; we reply from info@abaz.az. Do not post the code in a public story.
Using it at checkout
The recipient applies the code at checkout before they confirm — on a house, a beach stay or an experience. If the stay costs more than the balance, they pay the remainder as usual, including the guest programme fee on the stay subtotal.
The remaining credit shows at checkout and in account payments once the code is on the account. Use it more than once until it is gone. Apply it before Confirm and pay, not after.
What a card cannot buy
Gift cards do not buy another gift card. They do not settle a Resolution or damage charge. They do not pay a host in cash at the gate. They do not replace AbsoluteCover or the Cancellation policy.
A creator username is a different line. You can use both on the same reservation when each is valid. Neither one is cash out.
Lost codes and leftover balance
If you lose the email, write us from the address that bought the card, through the contact form. We can resend a code we still have on file. We cannot invent a number you never received.
The balance never expires. What is left stays for a later booking. It is still AZN, still Absolute Stays, still not cash.
Company and batch cards
Bulk or company cards go through the contact form on the gift page — thank a team or a partner with a stay in Azerbaijan. We issue those from info@abaz.az.
A batch is still spent at checkout before confirm. The same rules apply: homes and experiences, no Resolution, no second gift card, no door cash.
