Who is on your side

You run the house. Absolute is the sales layer, the payment, the verification and the cover. When something breaks that is not a kettle, you are not meant to invent a second company in a chat. The same safety line guests use is the line hosts use — phone, WhatsApp or site chat, twenty-four hours.

A named neighbour who holds a spare key is part of the listing, not a secret. Write the name so we know who can walk to the gate. Unnamed “managers” who want a cut off-platform are how reservations lose AbsoluteCover.

Who to call first

The guest first for codes, the wifi name, a tap, a late arrival. Most nights that is the whole conversation. Absolute first when a lock fails, the listing was wrong, something is damaged, or you feel unsafe. In a medical, fire, crime or gas emergency in Azerbaijan, 112 first — then 101 fire, 102 police, 103 ambulance, 104 gas — then us.

Do not ask a guest to diagnose a gas smell while they stay inside. Get people out. The inbox is not an ambulance.

The 24-hour line and the contact form

Urgent stay problems go on the reservation thread or the safety line so the file stays attached to the nights. Questions that can wait — onboarding, a payout date, a listing photograph — can go to the contact form. We reply from info@abaz.az.

Write the reservation number when you have one. A screenshot of a stranger’s chat is not a file we can unwind.

What we do not run

We do not run a public host-to-host forum or a paid co-host network. There is no club badge and no marketplace of strangers who “manage” the house for a percentage. If someone offers that in a message, write to us before you hand over keys or a calendar login.

Friends who help with linen or the gate should be people you already trust and names we can see. Absolute does not vet a co-host we never met.

Crisis nights

Absolute does not run a separate charity brand for emergency stays. If you want to open nights for a named hard week, write to info@abaz.az with the dates and how many people. Do not move a family off the platform because someone forwarded a screenshot.

Cover and payouts exist on an Absolute reservation. A cash deal at the gate in a crisis is how both sides lose the file. Safety still starts with 112.

Keep the stay on the reservation

Tools only work if the calendar and the inbox are true. If you need a person, use the line. If you need a written answer, use the form. If you need an ambulance, do not wait for us to type.
