How hosting works on Absolute Stays

A guided programme, not a blank form

You apply as a Direct Host. You do not need a creator. Creators introduce stays separately. We review fit, location, quality and whether the house is already in our pipeline, then come to the stay — to see it, photograph it, and open it with you.

Getting started is free. Reservation volume is not guaranteed. It depends on demand, pricing, quality and season. There is no Superhost ladder and no Instant Book product. The listing goes live when the house, the photographs and the calendar are ready — not when you click publish on an empty form.

What Absolute does

We build the listing with you, market it on abaz.az, collect payment, run online check-in, verify guests, include AbsoluteCover, notify you who is coming, and settle payouts after a completed stay. Eligible Direct Host launch support — up to AZN 500 in growth value, not automatic cash — is assigned after approval.

What you do

Cleanliness, accuracy, availability, the welcome, and the booked service. The dashboard shows who is coming. You host; we bring the guest and the tools. Friends and repeat guests should still book through Absolute so AbsoluteCover and the payout stay in one place.

Default check-in is 15:00 and checkout is 11:00 unless the listing says otherwise. House rules — quiet hours, smoking, extra overnight visitors — belong on the page before the booking, not after arrival. If something required for the standard is missing, tell us before we photograph. We may bring a starter package.

Price, fee and payout

You set a minimum nightly price — the nightly floor — in AZN. That is what you receive. Guests pay a stay subtotal (guest nightly price × nights, plus cleaning and extras on that reservation) and then a 15% programme fee on that subtotal. The fee is not taken from your floor.

Absolute collects payment and pays you in AZN after a completed stay — not merely a booking click. On busy dates we may show the guest a higher nightly price than your floor. Your payout stays the minimum you set unless we confirmed a higher host amount in writing.

Before the first guest

Walk the path they will walk at night. Leave a way in you have already tried. Wifi and the door in a short note. Stock toilet paper, soap, one towel and pillow per guest, clean linen on every bed they were shown. AbsoluteCover is on the listing from the first live night — always included, always free for the host.

Do not take closed nights on the side for cash. Cover applies to Absolute Stays reservations, not a booking at the gate. If you cannot turn the house between 11:00 and 15:00, close a night on the calendar rather than rushing a dirty house.

Once you are live

Keep the calendar honest. Reply the same day. Confirm how they get in. If something breaks — heating, a lock, a road — message the guest and Absolute before they leave Baku. Questions go through the contact form on abaz.az. We reply from info@abaz.az.

Remaining Direct Host growth value typically unlocks after the first qualifying completed guest stay. Reviews come after a completed stay, not before. The house you photographed is the house they should walk into.
