Is my place right for Absolute Stays?
A private room, a family house, a guesthouse or a camp — if you can welcome guests honestly, you can apply. We review every request, then visit, photograph and open the stay with you.

There is a guest for many kinds of stay
Guests on Absolute Stays look for a real place in Azerbaijan: a room in Sheki, a house in Gabala, a courtyard guesthouse in Lankaran, a camp by the river. They are not all looking for a hotel. They are looking for a stay that matches what you actually have — not a version of it written for a form.
You do not need a second property. You can share a room while you are at home, or the whole place while you are away. Entire place, private room, guesthouse and nature stays all belong here if the photographs and the house tell the same story. A spare bedroom in Baku is as welcome as a summer house on the Absheron coast, if both are honest.
What you can offer
A shared kitchen is fine if you write that it is shared. A camp without a bathroom in the tent is fine if the wash block is in the listing. What fails is a private bathroom promised when the house has one shared shower. Guests book what they see. AbsoluteCover stands behind that same honesty.
- Entire place — guests have the house or apartment to themselves
- A room — their own bedroom, and shared spaces you describe honestly
- Guesthouse or camp — several rooms or a simple stay on the land, one host, one standard of care
What we look for when you apply
Fit, location, quality, and whether the stay is already in our pipeline. We do not publish a listing you built alone. If we accept you, we visit, photograph and open the stay with you. A missing kettle is not a reason to refuse. A listing that promises more than the house can give is.
You apply as a Direct Host. No creator is required. Creators introduce stays separately — they are not a gate you must pass. Getting started is free. Reservation volume is not guaranteed. It depends on demand, pricing, quality and season.
Make the stay clear
Wifi, heating, a working kitchen, parking and hot water decide more bookings in the regions than a long décor list. Write what works. If heating is only in winter, say the months. If the bathroom is shared, write it once, plainly. Professional photography is included. You still keep the rooms as they were shot.
Check-in is 15:00 and checkout is 11:00 unless the listing says otherwise. Put those hours on the page before the first guest, not in a message after they have parked. Guests plan the drive from Baku around the time you actually open the door.
Rules where you live
You must have the legal right to offer the stay. Building rules, a lease, municipal requirements and taxes that apply to you as a host in Azerbaijan are your responsibility. Absolute is not a law firm. If you rent the apartment, tell us the building — we help you check before you list.
What applies in Icherisheher is not always what applies in a village in the regions. Read official sources for your address. If you are unsure, talk to us before you apply. We would rather wait than open a stay that cannot legally host.
How we open it with you
You send a short request. We review it. If the stay fits, we come to the house, live it, photograph it and finish the listing with you. Eligible Direct Host launch support — up to AZN 500 in growth value, not automatic cash — is assigned after approval, not for merely submitting the form.
Questions go through the contact form on abaz.az. We reply from info@abaz.az. There is no Superhost badge, no Instant Book product, and no charity listing programme on Absolute Stays. The house, the photographs and the calendar are the product.

Prepare your home for guests
Guests book what they see. The house must be ready the afternoon before they arrive — not after they knock. Check-in is 15:00 unless the listing says otherwise.
