Managing your prices
One minimum per season is enough for most houses. Weekend and holiday floors can sit higher. Do not invent a third price in a chat.

One floor, written in AZN
Set the nightly floor Absolute cannot go below. That number is what you receive. Write it once for the season unless the house or the road actually changes. Most courtyard houses and dachas need that one number, plus a higher weekend or holiday floor if Fridays already sell out.
If we run smart pricing, the guest may see a higher nightly price on busy dates. You still receive the floor unless we confirmed a different host amount in writing. There is no slider that quietly lowers you to fill a Tuesday.
Weekends, holidays, longer stays
Friday and Saturday in Gabala in August are not Tuesday in February. A higher weekend floor is honest when those nights always go first. Novruz and the August holiday weeks can sit higher still — set them before the calendar fills, not after a reservation lands.
A weekly or monthly price can sit under the nightly floor if you want fewer turnovers. Write whether a mid-stay clean is included. The guest programme fee still applies to the stay subtotal. Do not promise a month you will cancel because a weekend offer looks better.
Cleaning and extras
List cleaning once, as a real turnover cost — supplies, laundry, a person. It is not a second nightly rate. List extras the guest can tick: a transfer, a table, a mid-stay clean. A pet fee belongs on the page if you take pets. Service animals follow the accessibility policy — not a pet fee.
Every extra you add raises the stay subtotal the guest pays, and the 15% sits on that subtotal. A house that looks cheap per night and expensive at checkout loses the comparison. Put the true cost on the listing.
The guest total
Stay subtotal = guest nightly price × nights + cleaning + extras on that reservation. Programme fee = 15% of that subtotal. The guest pays both. Your nights pay out at the floor. Cleaning and extras you listed come to you as shown on the reservation record.
The full worked example lives on /stays/resources/simplifying-stay-fees/. Use that page and the reservation line together.
No third price in a chat
Do not invent a cash price at the gate. Do not send a “better for you if you cancel and pay me” message. That reservation can be cancelled and AbsoluteCover does not apply. Friends and repeat guests book the same listing.
If someone asks for a discount after they have seen the total, the answer is the floor and the extras on the page — or a weekly price you already published. A side deal trains the next guest to skip checkout.
What you can change after a booking
You cannot raise a live reservation. You can close future nights, raise the floor for nights that are still open, and ask Absolute to correct a listed extra that is no longer true. If the house lost a room, take the room off before the next guest pays.
If you need a different host amount for a specific week, it has to be in writing with Absolute. A higher guest price on that week does not move your payout by itself.
