Offering a stay in a hard week

What we are not

There is no second logo for emergency stays, no public host-to-host board, and no marketplace of strangers who place families in your rooms. Kindness is still a reservation or it is a private decision Absolute cannot cover. We would rather you write to us than invent a cash week at the gate.

Host support is the 24-hour line and the contact form. Crisis nights use the same addresses.

If you want to help

Write to info@abaz.az — or use the contact form — with the dates you can open, how many people, and whether the house is ground floor, has heating, or can take a service animal as the accessibility policy already allows. Do not take a family off-platform because someone forwarded a screenshot or a WhatsApp story.

Cover and payouts only exist on an Absolute reservation. A free week you still want on the file has to be a file. We will tell you if a named case is real.

If someone asks you directly

Send them to Absolute Stays search or to us. A cash deal at the gate in a crisis is how both sides lose verification, AbsoluteCover, and a number to call at 03:00. Extra cousins who “just come too” are a message on a real reservation, not an open door.

If the message feels like pressure or a scam, forward it to info@abaz.az. Do not send money. Do not share a lockbox code in a public post.

Safety is still 112

A hard week does not change fire, gas, crime or medical numbers. 112 first, then 101, 102, 103, 104 as the case needs. Then Absolute. The house note stays on the wall. Detectors still have to work. A crisis guest is still a guest in a house that must match the page.

Weather, flood and hillside fire have their own articles. Do not mix a closed road with a charity story in the inbox.

What we will tell you

If we have a named case, you will hear from Absolute — dates, how many people, what the stay is. You still decide whether those nights are open. You still close nights you cannot host. We will not ask you to hide a family from the reservation so someone can skip the 15% guest fee.

Verification is still SIMA in Azerbaijan, biometric otherwise, when the stay is an Absolute stay. That is how you know who is at the door.

After you write

Keep the calendar true while you wait. Do not leave a week open “for whoever needs it” without a file. When a reservation exists, host it like any other: afternoon walk, finished rooms before 15:00, the same Absolute inbox. Kindness that skips the file is how both sides lose the night.
