Payouts: you receive the nightly rate you set
Guests pay Absolute. You do not collect cards at the door. Scheduled local payouts send the minimum nightly floor you agreed at onboarding, in AZN.

How the money moves
The guest pays Absolute at checkout on abaz.az — the stay subtotal plus a 15% programme fee. You never take a card, a cash “deposit”, or a WhatsApp transfer for a listed night. Your payout is the nightly floor you agreed, times the completed nights, in AZN. The 15% is not taken from that floor.
Smart pricing may raise what the guest paid. A higher guest night does not automatically raise what we send you unless we wrote a different host amount. You host. We collect and settle.
After a completed stay, not after a click
Amounts follow a completed stay — the guest checked in, stayed the booked nights, and checked out — not the moment they pressed pay. The dashboard shows the stay, the nights, the amount due to you, and when the local payout is scheduled.
Bank details must match the host we onboarded. If the account changes, tell Absolute before the next settlement. Write through the contact page; we reply from info@abaz.az. A cousin’s card at the door is not a payout method.

What sits beside the reservation
Damage claims and AbsoluteCover files sit on the reservation, not in a private chat. Ask the guest to pay first. If they do not, file within 14 days of checkout or before the next guest arrives, whichever is first. We do not accept AI-generated or AI-edited evidence. Approved cover amounts are paid in AZN.
Limits are shown in USD — $3M damage, $1M liability — and experiences liability is part of AbsoluteCover. Cover is always included and free for you. It is not an extra line we subtract from your floor.
When a stay does not pay out
If AbsoluteCover for guests refunds because the listing was wrong, the house was not as photographed, or you cancelled, that reservation does not pay you. A guest who cannot get in at 15:00 because the code was never sent is the same kind of file.
Keep the calendar and the house aligned with the listing. Side cash for the same dates is how you lose both the Absolute payout and the cover. Friends and repeat guests should still book through Absolute when the stay is live.
Growth value is not a payout
Eligible Direct Host launch support — up to AZN 500 in growth value — is what Absolute can spend on the listing: photography help, placement, a campaign. It is not cash added to your host transfer. You cannot withdraw it or stack it onto the nightly floor.
Your ordinary payout remains the agreed rate after a completed stay. Do not wait for a “bonus” before you close nights you cannot host. The wallet and the bank transfer are different lines.
If a number looks wrong
Open the reservation: nights, floor, guest price, programme fee on their side. If the nights are wrong or the stay was refunded, write us on that thread or through the contact page. Do not invent a door settlement we cannot see.
Questions about tax or your own bookkeeping are yours to take to an accountant. We can show you the stay record and the scheduled amount in AZN. That record is the source — not a screenshot from another chat.

Prepare your home for guests
Guests book what they see. The house must be ready the afternoon before they arrive — not after they knock. Check-in is 15:00 unless the listing says otherwise.
