Remote weeks filter for a table used for work, a chair that holds a back, and a socket they do not have to unplug the kettle to use. A laptop on a sofa for the camera is not that. If you only have the kitchen table, say so — and say when lunch happens if you live on the plot.

Couples sometimes need two corners. If you have only one, write it. Honesty books a week. A lie books a review.

Photograph the real desk

Daylight on the surface. The chair. The socket. Not a styled laptop on a bed. Caption the room. Absolute photographs the stay; you keep that corner in the state of the picture. If the “office” is a store room by Thursday, take the tick off.

A power cut after lunch in the village is not a crime. Calling the connection “high speed” when it is a phone in the yard is how we open a listing conversation.

Wifi hours written honestly

Name the network on the house note. If it is mobile in the courtyard, say the hours it holds a call. If it drops when the whole lane streams in the evening, write the evening. Fast wifi has its own guide — this page is whether you should tick workspace at all.

If the connection dies during a stay, say so the same day and offer a hotspot if you have one. A workspace in the text without a usable line is a page problem.

What else they filter

Washer, kitchen, heating, a weekly or monthly price under the nightly floor. Quiet hours if dogs and children share the plot. A path they can walk with a bag in the wet. Parking if they brought a car for a month of calls.

The guest still pays the stay plus 15% on that subtotal. A long stay does not shrink AbsoluteCover. Verification is still SIMA in Azerbaijan, biometric otherwise.

Quiet and the people on the plot

If you live next door, write when the yard is loud. If a neighbour builds in the morning, write the morning. Remote guests forgive a village. They do not forgive a surprise generator under the window you called a desk.

House rules belong on the listing before they pay — not as a new quiet-hours speech on day two.

Do not tick a month you will not host

A month-long calendar mark you will cancel for two August weekends is a host-cancel file. Close those weekends or honour the month. Longer-stay price sits next to this page. Finding bookings when it is slow sits next to both.
