When a review is used as revenge
A score that appears after you filed damage or reported a broken rule can be hidden if the file shows it. Keep the conversation on Absolute Stays.

What revenge looks like
You reported a party you had forbidden, a smoke smell, a broken door, extra people at 23:00, or you opened an AbsoluteCover damage file. Then a one-star lands that does not describe the house — it describes the report. That pattern is how we look at hiding a review.
A low score that names a real listing miss — no heat, a kitchen that was a kettle, a path the page hid — is not revenge. Fix the house. How to handle a bad review sits next to this guide.
What to send us
The reservation number. Photographs of the damage or the rule as you found it. Timestamps. The message thread on Absolute Stays. The review text. Write to the 24-hour line or to info@abaz.az with that packet. We decide from the file, not from a second public fight.
You will be asked to show that a clear rule or damage happened, and that reporting it likely produced the score. A feeling is not a file.
Stay on Absolute Stays
Keep every line in the reservation inbox so we can read it. Do not move the argument to a private number. Do not offer cash off-platform to delete the review. That offer is how we look at the host, not the guest.
Do not reply in the review box with a threat. A short factual public answer is enough if you answer at all — the rest is the file.
What still stands
Hiding a revenge score does not hide a stay that was not as listed. If both are true — they broke a rule and the heater was off — we can still open cover for the miss and still look at the review. Two facts can sit in one week.
Verification (SIMA in Azerbaijan, biometric otherwise) already named who was on the reservation. Extra people you photographed matter. A mystery cousin you never messaged does not.
What not to do
Do not invent a cleaning invoice at the door to punish the score. Do not refuse the next guest because of the last name. Do not take the next booking off-platform “to avoid reviews”. Cover only exists on an Absolute reservation.
Why reviews matter sits next to this page. A house that matches the photographs collects fewer weapons.
After we decide
If we hide the review, you will see the listing without that score. If we leave it, treat it as a real sentence and fix what it named. Either way, the next guest still reads the page — keep the page true.
