Not a huge tour bus. Small car, one host, enough time on site. English and Azerbaijani both worked. I would do this on a return stay.
Fire and tea at the yurts
After dark the host keeps a fire in the Cülyan camp. Tea, maybe a simple soup, and whatever the sky is doing. No performance — just the camp as it is used.

Clear pickup, weather said out loud, tickets explained before we paid. Cülyan meadow looks like the photos. We were back at the house before dark.
Gunel drove, waited, and did not pretend this was a private stunt show. Fire and tea at the yurts is run by the park; you just get there without guessing the road.
If you need a guided lecture, this is not that. You get there, you do the thing, Gunel is nearby. Honest, and the views hold up.
Went with friends who get carsick. Gunel took the road slowly and waited at the gate. Fire and tea at the yurts was the day, not a checklist.
Age and weather limits are real — Gunel said so up front. The part that was open was still the reason we came. Drive was the useful bit.
